چکیده
Cancer is one of the major causes mortality and morbidity in world. Pain most debilitating exhausting symptom cancer. It also has deep intense impact on patient’s quality life. In advanced stages cancer, incidence pain approaches up to 70–80%. can be effectively treated by expert hands. Strong opioids are mainstay WHO analgesic ladder, specifically for cancer patients. Unfortunately, developing countries patients with remains under-treated because non-availability strong opioids. This situation a real challenge physician. Regardless all knowledge skill, provision effective relief becomes an uphill task. editorial attempt highlight plight frustration treating physicians. We need strengthen upgrade our policies protocols provide comfort patients.
